Honey Products:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any honey products that have been opened or unsealed. If your honey arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Merchandise:
All non-edible merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, and gifts) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
