At Cove Bees Co., we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your order to ensure your honey and merchandise arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery methods, and related information.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • During busy seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.
Typical delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Delivery or Pickup (if available): as arranged

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.


4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Cove Bees Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. We recommend ensuring a safe and secure delivery address.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses unless specifically arranged.

  • Due to the natural properties of honey, we recommend avoiding exposure to extreme heat during transit.
